Our return guarantee for you

We know that sometimes things don't quite fit or aren't what you expected. Don't worry, we've got you covered! If you're not happy with your purchase, you can simply return unused items within 14 days of receipt.

This is how it works:

• You have 14 days to return your items after you receive them.
• Make sure the items are unused, clean, undamaged and in the original packaging with all labels (if applicable).
• Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned clean and without tears or other damage. Please do not remove any labels and only try on the clothing with underwear, otherwise we will not be able to accept the items back.
• Send us your return request by email to contact@gen-active.com and don't forget to state your order number correctly. You will find this in your order confirmation.
• Please be sure to register your return before you send anything back and wait for a confirmation from us to ensure smooth processing
• You bear the costs for the return.
• Wait for a confirmation from us that your return has been authorised.
• As soon as you received the confirmation, store the items securely in the original packaging.

• Keep the shipping receipt and the tracking number as proof until the refund.

Your refund:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 4-6* working days. Your money will be transferred back to the original payment method.
Important: Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Important to know:Some items are excluded from our returns guarantee, such as items that have already been worn, soiled or washed, as well as personalised goods, unless they have defects.
